Our Project Process
Phase 1: Discovery Call
A quick discovery phone call to meet each other and make sure that the project can be completed on time and within a budget we can both work with.
Phase 2: Consultation
60 minute on site consultation session with Rachel to review space, confirm scope of work and initiate ideas. Measurements, Pinterest Inso boards and client questionnaires are collected.
Phase 3: Concept Development/Design
We create a concept, build a model/floor plan and present a mood board, material selections and design direction. YOU have the final approval before moving on.
Phase 4: Selections
Based on agreed upon mood boards and presentations, we start to shop! Using our trade resources we are able to get access to materials and styles not available to the public.
Phase 5: Trade Day/ Orders Placed
A day is set to have all trades come to the project in as few appointments as possible. Orders for furniture, finishes and materials are completed. Project installations are scheduled.
Phase 6: Reveal Day
We oversee the install of all design elements. This allows for a stress free experience of seeing your project come to life.
